Where is the fellowship conducted?
The primary fellowship base is our Corporate Headquarters at Sai Nilayam, Machavaram Down, Vijayawada, combined with escorted on-site plant inspections across Andhra Pradesh industrial estates (Autonagar, APIIC clusters, Sri City, and Visakhapatnam).
Is a stipend provided to fellows?
Yes. All selected fellows receive a structured monthly fellowship stipend plus 100% reimbursed on-site plant travel allowances for technical field audits.
Can the fellowship lead to full-time employment?
Historically, over 65% of our high-performing fellows receive pre-placement offers (PPOs) to join Harveni Group as Junior Industrial Liaison Officers, Compliance Associates, or Environmental Consultants.
